The Austerlitz Historical Society offers a series of hands-on workshops and classes at Old Austerlitz each year. Past workshops have included: Blacksmithing, Open Hearth Cooking, Plein Air Painting, Making Sauerkraut, Introduction to Fly Fishing, Wreath Making, and Early American Woodworking Skills. A nominal fee is charged for supplies and materials.
